Welcome

Villa Niko Dua stands in the heart of Berawa, in Canggu, a few minutes from Berawa Beach and from the cafés, restaurants and shops the area is known for. Behind the gate the street noise falls away: a walled tropical garden of 460 m², a 70 m² swimming pool running the full length of the terrace, and 280 m² of house spread over two floors.

The ground floor is one continuous space. The living room, the open kitchen with its concrete island and the dining table all face the water, and the glass walls slide right back so that inside and outside become a single room. Sun loungers line the pool, and a pergola at the water's edge keeps a deep lounge sofa in the shade all afternoon.

Upstairs there is a second living space and a covered terrace at the height of the palm tops — the quiet half of the villa, good for a coffee in the morning and a drink at the end of the day.

Five bedrooms and five bathrooms, fully furnished, make the villa as comfortable for one family as for a group of friends travelling together.
