Fully furnished and equipped
The villa is handed over fully furnished. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces are complete and ready to use, including bed linen and towels, kitchen equipment and all appliances.
A private house, not a resort
House, garden and the 70 m² pool are on private land and are used by your group alone. There are no shared facilities and no other guests on the plot.

Housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance, an airport transfer and any extra services are organised per booking. Tell us how you would like to arrange your stay and we will confirm exactly what is included in your rate before you book.
FINNS Beach VIP
The villa comes with four FINNS Beach VIP Cards. FINNS Beach Club is a few minutes away on Berawa Beach, and the cards give you priority access and let you reserve a cabana without having to meet a minimum spend.
Getting around
Berawa is a village you can largely cover on foot: bakeries, cafés, warungs, restaurants and a supermarket are all within a short walk, and the beach is about five minutes away. For everything further — Seminyak, Tanah Lot, Uluwatu, Ubud — a car with a driver or a scooter is the usual way, and both are easy to arrange locally.
