Outside & exterior
The pool is the centre of the villa: 70 m² of water running almost the full width of the plot, with a stone terrace around it and sun loungers along one side. At the far end a timber pergola shelters a deep lounge sofa and a low table, in the shade for most of the afternoon.
The garden fills the remaining part of the 460 m² plot — palms, frangipani, heliconia and flowering shrubs against high white walls, so the whole of the outside space is private.
On the first floor a covered terrace looks out over the pool and into the canopy, with a daybed and rattan seating. It catches the breeze, and it is the best place in the house to watch the light go.
House, garden and pool are on private land and are not shared with other guests.
