The villa
Villa Niko Dua offers 280 m² of living space on 460 m² of walled land, arranged over two floors and organised around the pool. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a ground floor that opens completely onto the terrace.
The villa is delivered fully furnished and equipped, so there is nothing to arrange before you arrive.
Relax & enjoy
The pool is 70 m² and runs almost the full width of the plot, with sun loungers along the terrace and a pergola at the far end sheltering a large lounge sofa. The garden is planted with palms, frangipani and heliconia, and the walls are high enough that the pool is completely private.
On the upper floor a second lounge opens onto a covered terrace that looks out over the pool and into the treetops — the coolest spot in the villa in the late afternoon.
Open plan
The ground floor reads as one room. The living area with its long sectional sofa, the open kitchen with a concrete island and bar seating, and the dining table all sit under the same ceiling and face the water. The glass walls slide away entirely, so the terrace effectively becomes part of the living room.
A floating staircase leads to the first floor, where the bedrooms and the second lounge are.
Private
House, garden and pool are on private land and are not shared with other guests. With five bedrooms spread over two floors, the villa works equally well for one family, for two families travelling together, or for a group of friends who want their own bathroom each.
