Living spaces & kitchen
The ground floor is one open, bright space. A long sectional sofa sits on a kelim rug under the floating staircase, and the glass walls behind it slide away completely, so the living room and the pool terrace become a single room.
The open kitchen has a concrete island with bar seating, built-in joinery in pale wood and modern appliances with premium finishes. Next to it the dining table seats eight, right beside the water — the place most groups end up spending their evenings.
Upstairs there is a second, quieter living space with rattan armchairs and low wooden tables, opening onto a covered terrace at the height of the palm tops.
